A house designed for travelling with your dog
We have pets ourselves, which is why Villa Playa del Silencio has been pet friendly from day one. It’s not just about “allowing” dogs: the house has two enclosed outdoor areas where they can roam freely and safely.
The back garden has lawn, a terrace and a barbecue; the front courtyard, also enclosed, is used for parking and as a play area. While you eat outside, your dog stays right beside you.
Walks from the front door
Castañeras is surrounded by meadows and country lanes. The path to Silencio Beach and the cliff trail starts right from the house — a beautiful walk to enjoy with your dog at any time of day.
To make sure everything goes smoothly
- Tell us in your booking request how many pets are coming and their size.
- Bring their bed, bowl and a towel for beach or rainy days.
- In protected natural areas and on beaches, check the current rules and keep them on a lead where required.
- There is livestock in the neighbouring meadows: best to use a lead on the paths.
