What data we process and why

When you send a booking request we process your name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests and pets, and any message you write. We use them only to handle your request and, if confirmed, your stay, including the guest registration required by law.

Legal basis

Taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, performing the accommodation contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), and complying with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed requests are deleted after one year. Data from confirmed stays is kept for the periods required by tax and guest-registration obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website is hosted on Arsys servers (Spain), acting as data processor.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing and request portability by writing to jmsilencio@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
